2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Serqova, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our app or services. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal agreement.

3. Services Provided

Serqova allows you to book various home services such as:

• AC Repair & Maintenance
• Home Cleaning
• Plumbing Services
• Electrical Services

Availability and pricing may vary based on your location and time of booking. Serqova reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

4. Role of Serqova

Serqova acts as a facilitator between users (“Customers”) and independent service professionals (“Service Providers”). The professionals listed on Serqova are not employees or agents of Serqova. We verify and onboard skilled professionals, but the execution of the service is solely the responsibility of the Service Provider.

Any disputes or claims regarding service quality, timing, or results must be resolved directly between the Customer and the Service Provider.

5. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings must be made through the Serqova App.
• Customers should provide accurate details such as address, timing, and contact number.
• Cancellations are allowed within the time limit specified in the app.
• Repeated cancellations or fake bookings may lead to account suspension.

6. Payments

• Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or other available methods.
• Customers must pay the full amount after successful service completion.
• Serqova may charge a service fee for using the platform.

7. User Responsibilities

• Do not use the platform for unlawful or misleading purposes.
• Provide accurate information while booking services.
• Maintain respectful behavior with Service Providers.
• Avoid interfering with the functioning of the app or its data.

8. Service Provider Verification

All professionals undergo background verification and skill checks. However, Serqova does not guarantee that all details are fully accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

Serqova shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries caused during or after service completion. This includes delays, substandard service, or property damage.

Serqova’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Serqova — including text, graphics, icons, and software — is owned or licensed by Serqova and protected under applicable laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written consent.
